How long does processing take?+
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. A small number of pieces can take up to 7 business days to leave the warehouse. You'll get a tracking email the moment your parcel ships.
How long does shipping take to the US?+
Express delivery lands in 5–7 business days. Standard delivery lands in 12–15 business days. Delivery windows start the day your order ships, not the day it's placed.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes — every order ships worldwide with end-to-end tracking. Free standard shipping on orders over $150. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?+
Email hello@baggedbyminalee.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost — you usually don't need to return the damaged item.
What's your return policy?+
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unworn items with tags still attached. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full process.
How do I know my size?+
Our full size chart lives on the Size Guide page. Sets run snug (size up for comfort), outerwear is cut oversized (take your true size), and graphic tees are boxy (size down for a closer fit).
Will sold-out sizes be restocked?+
We restock our best-sellers when we can, but drops are intentionally limited. Add your email to the notify list on the product page to be first in line when your size returns.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
We move fast — email hello@baggedbyminalee.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once an order is being prepped or has shipped, we can no longer make changes.
