Shipping & Delivery
Every BAGGED order is picked, quality-checked, and dispatched from our fulfillment partner. Here's exactly what to expect once you tap Checkout.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. A small number of pieces — usually pre-order or made-to-order items — can take up to 7 business days to leave the warehouse. You'll get a tracking email the moment your parcel ships.
Delivery windows
Delivery windows start the day your order ships, not the day it's placed. Add processing time above to estimate total arrival.
Tracking
Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number once the parcel is scanned by the carrier — please allow 24–48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.
International
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities — these are not included at checkout.
Wrong or damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, email hello@baggedbyminalee.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement — see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
